About Me
My name is Avigail Kohl, and I’m an 8th grader at Hillcrest Middle School. I started playing piano when I was six years old, and I’ve had a deep passion for it ever since. I study under my father, who is a former pianist. I practice 3 to 5 hours a day and I work hard to keep improving my skills as a pianist. Over the years, I’ve won several piano competitions, and given dozens of concerts because I believe that sharing my passion for music with others is the greatest gift of being a pianist.

Avigail Kohl, Off Stage
When I’m not playing piano, I enjoy baking, creating art, and spending time with friends. I’m currently in eighth grade and love getting lost in a good book. I’ve always been drawn to creative art forms but piano stuck out as my biggest passion. My dream is to become a pianist, and everything I do beyond the stage helps me grow toward that goal.
I offer affordable, personalized piano lessons with flexible scheduling at $30 per hour at my home on Booth Hill Road. I teach students of all levels and have experience helping students develop a strong foundation in piano.
My lessons are fun, engaging, and tailored to each student’s interests and goals. I provide guidance in areas such as technique, music reading, rhythm, and performance skills. To keep lessons motivating, I offer small prizes at the end of each session.
Whether your child is just starting out or looking to advance, I aim to create a positive, encouraging environment where students can grow as musicians while having fun.
